Running Bash script to move files in GS

Hi All,
Im trying to run a bash script that basically just moves files from a folder to another within the same bucket. I do this with gsutil within a bash component. The Matillion service account have access to GS folders (Storage Admin). But, when I run the component I get an error that the default service account does not have access. Which is correct. It doesn't. But why is it running the script with this user? Shouldn't the Matillion-service-account user run the script on the matillion server?

Hi Cris

Because the Bash Script is run on the instance rather than in the Matillion Java program, it will run with the instance credentials. However you can change this by running

gsutil config

I hope that helps.

Thanks
Laura
